Why would Rahul Gandhi believe Gen. Naravane's social media post about the availability of his book "Four Stars of Destiny" over Penguin Random House India's statement?

Rahul Gandhi cited a December 15, 2023 social media post by former Army chief General Manoj Mukund Naravane’s memoir Four Stars of Destiny was “available now” to challenge publisher Penguin Random House India’s claim that the book has not yet been published. The reality is the writer was only saying the book is available for pre-booking purchase just like new car models often had pre-booking to understand the demand.

But the book was never published. This was confirmed by publisher Penguin Random House India and author Gen. (Retd) MM Naravane. The book launch was postponed due to objections and review by top defence and Indian Army officials. But congress leader Rahul Gandhi lied by saying the book is available online in Amazon which Amazon India denied. Then Rahul Gandi again lied by saying the book is available at online stores abroad because Indian books can be launched online abroad only after they were launched in India. All abroad sites displayed ‘out of stock’ message on their website.

So, why Rahul Gandhi creating this controversy? To target BJP government, he is targeting Indian Army and compromising Indian security by demoralising the forces. Let’s not discuss what the allegations are as the book is under review before the launch. Defence ministry will not ensure any controversial comments, if any, which is against Indian interest, will be removed.

Aggressive posture inside and outside the Parliament

Frustrated dynastic congress leaders going to Parliament

The biggest beneficiary of this book controversy is writer Gen. (Retd) MM Naravane and publisher Penguin Random House India as large number of leftists, communists, urban naxlas and librandus will buy this book once available, so that they can also target PM Modi. The biggest loser will be Rahul Gandhi as all of his allegations against PM Modi failed. His Rafale jet purchase and Savarkar comment backfired as he had to apologize in the court. His Rafale jet down theory during four day Operation Sindoor war also failed as Republic Day 2026 parade displayed the Rafale jet with serial number which was claimed in social media to have been shot down. Congress agitation on OROP and Agniveer scheme for the armed forces also flopped as newly inducted Agniveer soldiers performed well during the Operation Sindoor. The congress support for wrestler’s agitation also failed and so is their intention to win Haryana assembly election. Congress also raised the issue of Pegasus spy app without proof, Hindenberg report to target Adani (indirectly PM Modi) but they also failed. Now congress’s distraction topics are Election Commission, vote chori, SIR etc. but these issues are also cleared by the Supreme Court.

Almost all issues raised by Rahul Gandhi in last 6-7 years flopped. His mountain of corruption allegations turned out to be nothing more than a rat hole. That’s why he is called ‘pappu’.
