Why did Kejriwal instruct to destroy 170 iPhones?

Arvind Kejriwal was always considered as hardcore urban naxal. Naxalites are considered high IQ and intelligent people who uses innovative ways to break the system. He ignored 8 ED summons and this will be a big case against him. ED recently told the court in 8 points that Arvind Kejriwal not only carried out this scam like a hard core trained criminal but also destroyed all the evidence. Earlier he ignored nine summons one after the other, feeling that because he was the Chief Minister, he would not be arrested. He changed 170 iPhones in 210 days. He used to destroy the old phones by burning them. This so called aam –admi or common man destroyed iPhones worth crores.

Code words were made for everything, like one kilo of ghee was said for one crore rupees and whenever money was asked from the South Lobby, it was said that send 10 kilos of ghee (10 crore rupees). Is the tin (canister) ready? i.e. whether the money is ready? And evidence of chats was also presented in the court.

After that, the court was also told that Arvind Kejriwal remained the Chief Minister as per a pre-plan but did not keep any department with himself so that he could say that our minister has committed the scam but according to the Constitution, the head of the cabinet is a Chief Minister. If Aam Aadmi Party is also a beneficiary in this scam, then Kejriwal, as the chief convenor of Aam Aadmi Party, will be considered the mastermind of this scam.

Not only this, after his arrest, he is working like a criminal to escape from jail. He knows that he has Type IV diabetes, still he is ordering mango sweets, ice cream, potato curry from home and in jail, he has been in jail four times. He is drinking tea with sugar so that his sugar level increases a lot, he falls seriously ill and on the basis of illness, he is saved from going to jail, ED showed its full entry in the court.

The judge admitted that Kejriwal was acting like a hardcore criminal and refused to grant him immediate relief.

AAP is hoping sympathy wave for Kejriwal’s jail. Their campaign in Delhi say vote for Kejriwal because BJP jailed him. Only final result on 4 June 2024 will say how many people in Delhi buying AAP’s sympathy card.
