What are your views on the ACB closing corruption charges against Ajit Pawar?

The problem non-congress and non-BJP political party leaders faces a big dilemma and uncertain futures especially in northern India. They don’t see any political future for themselves if associated with congress. But if they join BJP directly or indirectly, it will be called a case of ‘BJP washing machine’ where politicians were forced to join BJP using the treat of ED, CBI etc. But many still join BJP as this is a pull from both sides. In March 2026, Rajya Sabha election is going on as three congress leaders cross-voted in favour of BJP candidates from Oridsha and four from Haryana. Many other states may follow similar trend. Actually congress leaders are also losing hope on their leader RaGa. Poll bound Assam lost many senior congress leaders to BJP including a sitting MP Pradyut Bordoloi who is considered 2nd in command after Tarun Gogoi in Assam state congress. There are no corruption cases against him and he said while leaving congress because he was insulted despite his long association with congress. Same reason was stated by Himanta Biswa Sarma and Sarbananda Sonowal for leaving congress and they now holding top position in state or centre.

Special court of MP-MLA has given great relief to Pawar family. The Special Court has accepted the closure report of the Maharashtra State Cooperative Bank (MSCB) scam worth Rs 25,000 crore of the Economic Crime Branch. The scam included the name of late Ajit Pawar, Deputy Chief Minister Sunetra Pawar and his nephew Rohit Pawar. The court said in several cases that there was no harm to the bank due to loan allocation and concluded the directors received no personal inappropriate benefits. The court admitted that the accused did not create any criminal conspiracy. This is relief to Rohit's company, Baramati Agro, the court said proper legal process was followed in the Kannada Cooperative Chinese factory auction in 2012.

Even if there was corruption by Ajit Pawar and he was blamed for being ‘BJP’s washing machine’ by the leftists, communist, urban naxals and congressi librandµs, his relatives cannot be jailed. The Prime case was on Ajit Pawar was his wife and Rohit were beneficiary. Now that the prime person Ajit Pawar and the main accused has died, the case will automatically close. His son and wife cannot be jailed just like RaGa and Sonia Gandhi cannot be jailed for Bofors scam which happened when Rajiv Gandhi was PM in 1980s. So many corruption cases happened during UPA era (this case happened in 2012) but can late PM Dr. Manmohan Singh be tried in judiciary?
