Congress leader RaGa claims himself to be UP boy (UP ka ladka). He also claimed that UP boys misbehave with young girls going to temple. By his own logic, he is a ‘chapri’ boy. Recently ex-Bollywood star and BJP leader Kangana Ranaut said RaGa walks like a ‘chapri’.
