Is UP CM Yogi Adityanath an encounter specialist?

In 1995–1996, Mulayam Singh Yadav was the CM of Uttar Pradesh but Azam Khan was ruling the state and was implementing his entire Jeh@di agenda. Dr Aziz and his wife Dr Talat Aziz of Gorakhpur were pushing forward Azam Khan's Jihadi agenda, at the same time Azam Khan's henchmen took over the cremation ground land in Pachkuiya village of Maharajganj and turned it into a graveyard!

When Yogi Adityanath went there, he was fired upon and to trap Yogi on Azam Khan's instructions, Dr Talat Aziz's government security guard, who was a police constable, was shot dead by Azam Khan's henchmen and the blame of the murder was put on Yogi Adityanath. Azam Khan had thought that he would trap Yogi in the murder case for his entire life. Young Yogi Adityanath was arrested and spent 19 days in jail but when the forensic report came that the bullet was fired from a country-made pistol, Azam Khan and Mulayam Singh Yadav government was forced to release Yogi Adityanath. One must remember that Yogi Adityanath had a licensed gun for self protection despite being a monk because UP and especially eastern UP and Chambal riverine basin area of UP became land of gun toting warlords due to persistent administrative failures of congress, Samajwadi Party and other political parties.

Recently in November 2024 Samhal town riot also something similar pattern was observed. Firing on the mob was reported on agitating people. The firing was blamed on UP police but later forensic report came that the bullet was fired from a country-made pistol. Everywhere jeh@dis follow similar patterns to create riot and blame game.

Yogi Adityanath went to the parliament and cried bitterly in the parliament, that video went viral. After that Azam Khan made fun of Yogi Adityanath crying and said sarcastically that Yogi never cries, then Yogi Adityanath said Azam Khan you also pretend to be a big Maulvi, I will make you cry and show you how Maulvis cry?

Time changed, Azam Khan who was called the super CM of Uttar Pradesh, who did not consider DM collector as anything, who used to say to them that I will make you clean my shoes. He deployed an entire police force search his lost buffalos. He made SSP stand for four hours, he tortured Hindus in Uttar Pradesh in such a way that gradually the Hindus of Uttar Pradesh awakened and gave full majority to BJP after decades.

Similar story was observed in Gujarat also. Don Abdul Latif who was close associate of Daewood Ibrahim don of Mumbai and helped bring RDX explosive from abroad to be used in 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts, was running a parallel crime empire in the state with the help of certain congress leaders. People of Gujarat was so fed up with don Abdul Latif’s criminal activity that opposition BJP promised to voters to eliminate this don if elected.

The government changed in Gujarat in mid-1990s and in 2017 in UP. Yogi Adityanath became the CM of Uttar Pradesh. Azam Khan had forgotten that Yogi Adityanath is not like other BJP leaders, he never forgives criminals and forgets them. The file of Azam Khan's misdeeds started opening. All the farmers whose land he had encroached came forward, cases started getting registered and one after the other 90 cases were registered, he was kept in jail for two and a half years continuously!

Kapil Sibal took advantage of his connections with the Supreme Court judges and got him released under section 148, but Kapil Sibal forgot that there are still some files in which 148 of the Supreme Court will not work. And this is what happened, Azam Khan is rotting in jail again.
