Why did Rahul Gandhi show the Manusmriti book in Parliament?

Congress leader and LoP RaGa is now saying that the fight is between the Constitution and Manusmriti because Savarkar preferred Manusmriti over the Constitution. The question is how many Hindus keep Manusmriti in their homes? How many Hindus have even read Manusmriti, or how many Hindus want to replace the Constitution with Manusmriti? By raising the issue, raga again scored a self-goal.

Now one question to RaGa, in the above question replace Hindu with Mµslim and Manusmriti with Quran and then ask the same question, what will be your answer? What fight is Gandhi and Congress fighting, and against whom? Hindus should think how right and how wrong they are doing by voting for such a cheap thinking and foreign funded congress party.

BJP’s MP Sudhanshu Trivedi replied to RaGa, "Leave Manusmriti, you tried best to make the Constitution a Maulavi script. Congress gave constitutional validity to Madrasa Board, AIMPLB, polygamy, triple talaq, halala and Mahram, Haj subsidy, & Waqf Board. Congress made attempts to make Constitution a partial Sharia Constitution".

Even Islamic banking exists in some pockets and attempt was made to start it in PSU banks. Burkha or Hizab dress is banned in many countries including few Islamic countries but not in India. We have seen recently how Sambhal town in UP became mini-Pakistan with no access for state administration for nearly 50 years! We are seeing how Wayanad, Malappuram and Kerala in general becoming increasingly Islamist state. Some eastern districts of Bihar like Kishenganj and Purnia along with Malda and Murshidabad of Bengal are becoming Islamist pockets where police and administration will hesitate to take action against illegal activities.
