Can you describe PM Modi in one sentence?

Indian cricket team captain Rohit Sharma sounds 'north Indian' but comes from Mumbai. Shreyas lyer's ancestors are from Kerala, but he hails from Maharashtra. KL Rahul is Mangalorean. Hardik Pandya is as Gujarati as they come. Surya Kumar and Kuldeep are Yadavs from Uttar Pradesh. R Ashwin is a Tamil Brahmin. Ravindra Jadeja and Shardul Thakur are Rajputs (but play for different states). Mohammed Siraj is from Telangana. Prasidh Krishna is from Karnataka. Mohammad Shami comes from Uttar Pradesh, but plays for West Bengal. Shubman Gill and Virat Kohli are Punjabis. The former plays for Punjab, the latter for Delhi.

Did some politicians say caste reservation needed in Indian cricket?

Welcome to an Indian cricket team which works on merit. They are true cosmopolitan Indians who comes from diverse backgrounds, excelled against many challenges, with dedication, determination and hard work to be the best in the world. Unlike Indian dynastic politicians, these professionals do not talk about caste, creed, region or religion. They do not talk about job reservation based on caste, as per population representation, minority appeasement and vote bank politics. Unlike politicians, they do not create north-south divide with stupid political statements that ‘Tamil is the world’s oldest language and Hindi is not national language of India’. Bihar state has recently conducted a caste survey and published its result (is this is legal?, can this be done at state level?) with clear objective of political gain. Bihar has no industry and industrialists like Tata, Birla, Ambani, Adani etc. There is no prospect of any industrial or economic revival in next 50 years. People of Bihar are the poorest today as they were poorest in 1947. They look for government jobs or migrate to other states for jobs. Their biggest asset is caste. All Bihar politicians only talked about caste issues for last 50 years. This explains why Bihar is the poorest state in India.

Now more than 150 year old political party of India which ruled nearly 60 years out of 75 years of independent India is passing through a bad phase due to a bad leader. Only weak and opportunistic leaders need these divisive forces for political gains. Indians have learned only two things from 200 years of British imperialism – the English word ‘sorry’ and dirty politics of ‘divide and rule’.

Even in BJP ruled state Haryana, Punjab and Haryana High Court on 17 November 2023 declared that the Haryana State Employment of Local Candidates Act, 2020, which provided for 75 per cent reservation in private sector jobs to persons domiciled in Haryana, was unconstitutional and violate of the Constitution. This law was initiated by Dushanat Chautala, great grandson of ‘Tau’ Devi Lal and currently dy. CM of Haryana. He is leader of dynastic JJP party which has little or no influence in state or national politics. Similarly, many failed politicians, especially from Bihar, are demanding job reservation in private sectors.

Only strong leaders see future and can lead the country and future generations to prosperity. Pew research conducted a survey where they found 80% have favourable view of Modi, out of which 55% have highly favourable view of Modi.

Indira Gandhi and Narendra Modi are strong leaders of India where there are 100s of political parties, mostly dynastic and there are 1000s of corrupt and weak political leaders.
