So, he can never be branded as communist in its true sense or pro-communist as some leftist politician parties in Bengal under CPIM Jyoti Basu tried to project. These parties like Foreword Block and RSP promoted propaganda for political gain that Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose wanted a communist style rule post-independence. Bengali sub-nationalism has always been a prominent political topic in Bengal and communists like Jyoti Basu promoted this propaganda instead of doing real economic development. Similarly, he was not fascist and took help from Germany and Japan during WW-II just to overthrow British. Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose was strictly secular and had top military generals Sehgal, Dhillon and Shahnawaz Khan who were from three major religions from India. On 23 January 2023, on the occasion of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’s 123rd birthday celebration, PM Modi declared that 21 uninhabited Island in Andaman and Nicobar will be named after ParamVir Chakra winners. No amount of money or fame can match this honour. Excellent initiative by the government who always in the past gave names based on politics. Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose memorial exists in Cuttack which is his birth place and also his father’s house in Kolkata’s Elgin Road has been converted into a mini memorial. PM Modi virtually inaugurated a model of a proposed memorial dedicated to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose in Andaman and Nicobar Islands on 23 January 2023 to commemorate his 126th birth anniversary. The memorial will be set up on Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Dweep which was known as Ross Island before 2018. The memorial will have a museum, a cable car ropeway, a laser-and-sound show, a guided heritage trail through historical buildings, and a theme-based children’s amusement park, as per officials. Modi also named 21 islands of Andaman and Nicobar after Param Vir Chakra awardees. All these will add tourism attraction to Andaman Islands. Indian Army rescuing people from floods, earthquakes, avalanches etc., and other acts of God 24x7x365 basis without any prejudice. The day was Saturday 14 January 2023. On one side the country was preparing to celebrate Makar Sankranti while on the other side the workers of Megha Engineering Industry Limited were working on the Zozhila tunnel. Around 5:40 pm in the evening, a sudden twin avalanche occurred and as many as 172 workers were trapped there. They lost touch with the whole world. Just two days before that, another avalanche stuck the same area and two labourers working under Megha Engineering died on the spot. Tunnel construction world was temporarily halted due to repeated avalanches this January 2023 after Saturday incident. The avalanche on Saturday was so fierce that there was no way out.
