What are the Hindenberg research findings on the Adani Group? How credible is their report?

The Hindenberg report on Adani is dead and gone. USA government rejected it, UK government (Rishi Sunak era) rejected it, SEBI rejected it, the Supreme Court of India rejected it. They day I got the indication that Hindenberg Research agency is linked with George Soros, I also rejected it without going into the detail!
