Is the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) considered a better alternative to the Indian National Congress (INC) in terms of corruption and governance?

EVM tampering allegations are not new. Even BJP raised this issue after the dismal 2009 general election defeat. LK Advani and other BJP leader went to EC (Election commission) to complain about alleged EVM tampering. The EC then came with a verification process/technology called VVPAT. This VVPAT after extensive testing. was used in 2019 general election and all subsequent elections as verification process.

Maharastra Vikas Aghadi (MVA) consisting of congress, NCP (Sarad Pawar) and Shiv Sena (Uddhav) was in touch with a journalist. This alleged reporter of Aaj tak met an EVM hacker, posing as MP of MVA to make deal was for MVA to hack EVM for Rs 60 crore. The name of the Hacker is Syed Shuja and now against whom a FIR has been lodged. This shows congress and allies can go to any length to win election.

Ex-congress MP Kapil Sibal went to UK 5 years ago on invite of this same self-acclaimed cyber expert Syed Shuja when he claimed to EVM hacking. Kapil Sibal’s intention was to defame the EVM internationally. In the last 24-25 years, whatever corruption cases can be seen, majority of them were associated with congress leaders like Anand Sharma, P Chidambaram, Abhishek Manu Singhvi, Kapil Sibal etc. Incidentally most of them are top Supreme Court lawyers in India and some of them have Oxford, Harvard etc. degrees.
