Who actually is responsible for the Phalgham attack in Kashmir?

There is an old saying ‘History repeats itself’ and ‘those who do not learn from the history, becomes the history’. Now, just join these dots.

On 20 March 2000, 35 Sikh minority villagers were lined up and massacred in a village Chattisinghpura in Musl!m majority J&K state. That time USA President Bill Clinton was touring India. Clearly, the objective was not just to create fear among the non-Musl!m minorities but also to give a message to whole world and internationalise Kashmir issue. Indian government blamed terr0r organisation operating across the country. Mohammad Suhail Malik, a nephew of Lashkar-e-Taiba co-founder Hafiz Muhammad Saeed, a UN designated terr0rist, confessed while in Indian custody to participating in the attacks at the direction of Lashkar-e-Taiba. He repeated the claim in an interview with Barry Bearak of The New York Times. Villagers reported to foreign media that militants had visited the place weeks prior and had mingled with them, something similar happened on 22 April 2025 Pahelgam terr0r attack.

USA President Donald Trump was visiting New Delhi in last week of February 2020 when the North-East Delhi blo0dy communal riot took place. The death toll from this week long riot was 53 and economic in terms of burnt houses, vehicles etc. loss was Rs 50000 crore. It was a planned assault by certain community to protest against CAA law passed by the government in Parliament. The rioters sneaked into Delhi from western UP towns and villages and setup acid bottles and stones on rooftop. The prime architect of this riot was a local AAP politician Tahir Hussian and he confessed his plan in detail after being jailed. Many fellow rioters are in jail and top ex-congress lawyer Kapil Sibal is trying his best to arrange bail for these rioters! The objective of the riot was clearly to internationalise India’s internal issue CAA with the help of international NGOs.

USA Vice President JD Vance visited India in April 2025 for few days. On second day of his visit, when he was in Jaipur city, terr0rists stuck at a tourist place near Pahelgam in J&K on 22 April 2025. Just like in Chattisinghpura massacre, Pahelgam terr0rists were supported by local population. There are other cases also when a major terror attack took place coinciding with visit of international VIP guest.

All these suggest, terror incidents were planned from outside India and majority of these instances were owned by terror organisation across the border.

Chittisinghpura massacre - Wikipedia
Fatal shooting of 35 Sikhs in India The Chittisinghpura massacre refers to the mass murder of 35 Sikh villagers on 20 March 2000 in the village of Chittisinghpura (also spelled Chittisinghpora) in Anantnag district , Jammu and Kashmir , India on the eve of the American president Bill Clinton 's state visit to India. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] [ 3 ] The Indian government asserts that the massacre was conducted by the Pakistan-based militant group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) or Hizbul Mujahideen . [ 4 ] It is also alleged that the attack was carried out by pro India Ikhwan Force . [ 5 ] The perpetrators have not been apprehended or convicted and their identity remains debated. [ 6 ] [ 7 ] [ 8 ] [ 9 ] Wearing Indian Army fatigues , the unknown gunmen arrived into the village in military vehicles in two groups at opposite ends of the village where the two gurdwaras were located. The militants marched from home to home, introducing themselves as Indian Army personnel and ordered every male member of the household come out for security checks. [ 10 ] They ordered them to line up in front of the gurdwaras and opened fire, killing thirty-five Sikhs and shouted pro-India slogans after the massacre. [ 11 ] [ 12 ] The massacre was a turning point in the Kashmir issue , where Sikhs had usually been spared from militant violence. [ 13 ] Shortly after the massacre, hundreds of Kashmiri Sikhs gathered in Jammu , shouting anti Pakistan and anti Muslim slogans, criticising the Indian government for failing to protect the villagers, and demanding retaliation. [ 14 ] [ 15 ] Following the killing, Syeed Salahudeen , Pakistan-based leader of the largest Kashmiri militant group Hizbul-Mujahideen , denounced the massacre, accusing India of it, and assured the Kashmiri Sikh community of the militants' support. [ 6 ] In 2000, Indian authorities announced that Mohammad Suhail Malik, a nephew of Lashkar-e-Taiba co-founder Hafiz Muhammad Saeed , confessed while in Indian custody to participating in the attacks at the direction of Lashkar-e-Taiba. He repeated the claim in an interview with Barry Bearak of The New York Times while still in Indian custody. [ 16 ] Villagers also told Bearak that militants had visited the place weeks prior and had mingled with them, which they now saw as reconnaissance for the massacre. Widows also claimed to recognized the voices of the attackers. [ 16 ] According to Indian journalist Praveen Swami , "Few people in the village believe stories claiming that the assailants were Indian Army soldiers." [ 17 ] In 2005, Sikh organizations headed by the Bhai Kanahiya Jee Nishkam Seva Society demanded a deeper state inquiry into the details of the massacre [ 18 ] and for the inquiry to be made public. The state government ordered an inquiry into the massacre. In an introduction to a book written by Madeleine Albright titled The Mighty and the Almighty: Reflections on America, God, and World Affairs (2006), Bill Clinton accused "Hindu militants" of perpetrating the act.
