What is the political future of Kerala in the next 25 years?

Donating organs is considered haram (हराम) in Islam. Therefore, Muslims never donate their organs. But accepting organs, even organs from kaafirs (काफ़िर) is not haraam. Hence, Kerala which is often considered ‘God’s own country’ with high level of social development parameters comparable to the developed country has low organ donations.
