Why has Tukde-Tukde Gang member Harsh Mander run away to the US when the Supreme Court of India took him to task on 4th March 2020?
This is a long post. Harsh Mander gave a provocative speech at Shaheen Bagh, Delhi near Jamia Millioa Islamia in February 2020 which went viral. It was part of ant-CAA agitation and soon riot started in North-East Delhi area of Jaffarabad and spread to other areas.
IAMC (Indian American Muslim Council) is a non-profit NGO founded in 2002 in USA after Gujarat riot of 2002 and they successfully lobbied and blocked Gujarat CM Narendra Modi’s entry into USA by denying visa from 2005 to 2014. This powerful NGO has financial backing of George Soros’s NGOs and hence is a moneybag for all andolan-jivis. IAMC has made huge funding anti-CAA agitations, anti-NRC agitations, Karnataka Hijab agitation of 2022, Delhi February 2020 riot planning which coincided with US President Donald Trump’s visit to New Delhi etc.
After 2002 Gujarat riots, an IAS offcer Harsh Mander took VRS and started an NGO. The NGO is ‘Aman Biradari’ which is ‘grassroot movement’ dedicated to creating a secular, peaceful, just and compassonate world, as per its website. Its goal is to achieve this by establishing community based organisation at village and district levels, primarily consisting young people and women from various backgrounds and faiths. Sounds fantastic, isn’t it?
This NGO aims to foster greater tolerance, fraternity, respect and peaceful co-existance between individuals of different caste, religion and linguisting groups. The motto seems to as noble as Gandhian ideology. But nowhere in its website it mentioned that it is getting foreign funds from George Soros NGO ecosystems including IAMC and CIA cabal.
Harsh Mander is not alone. Many senior government officers like Arvind Kejriwal left (IRS) stable and lucrative government job to setup NGOs in 2007. Only nearly a decade later Kejriwal admitted that he took foreign Ford Foundation money to setup his NGO Kabir and Paribartan. Why CIA supported Ford Foundation is supporting various NGOs who are actually doing good work in social sectors of India? To develop their own political leaders who can replace mainstream political parties.
This happened in Bangladesh in August 2024 when a student revolution overhrow an elected government. Arvind Kejriwal’s AAP was a similar case. The only problem with Kejriwal is that he deviated fromt CIA plan and indulged in massive corruptions as Delhi CM when PM of the country is BJP’s Modi. This led to his jail and loss of reputation.
Harsh Mander’s agenda is Muslim issues like anti-CAA, anti-NRC, anti-mob lynching, Shaheen Bagh Delhi sit-in, Delhi 2020 riots etc. because of IAMC funding. Harsh Mander was in Sonia Gandhi’s National Advisory Council (NAC) which drafted the anti-Hindu Communal Violence Bill. He incited Muslim mobs against the Indian State and judiciary in March 2020 (after Delhi riots). He offered arguments in defence of lady terr0rist Ishrat Jahan (terr0rist organisation themselves confirmed that she was part of their team).
Harsh Mander signed mercy petitions for the terr0r!sts Yakub Memon, Ajmal Kasab and Afzal Guru
The ‘Holy Trinity’ of protests in India refers to ‘PIL Activist’ Prashant Bhushan, ‘Love Caravan’ Harsh Mander and ‘Ichchhadhaari protester’ Yogendra ‘Salim’ Yadav.
Afzal Guru was arrested in 2001 for his role in the attack on the Parliament and was tried in 2002. Ajmal Kasab was arrested in 2008 during 26/11 terror attack. Kasab came from Pakistan and Afzal Guru was a radicalized Kashmiri militant and both admitted their rerr0rist criminal activity because they were captured and questioned by Indian security agencies. Why Afzal Guru's was hanged in February 2013 that too after his mercy petition was rejected by President of India. There is 11 years delay when a terr0rist admitted his heinous crime of attacking Indian Parliament? The reason is congress party’s Musl!m appeasement policy and foreign funded NGO ecosystems. Ajmal Kasab’s death penalty happened in November 2012, 4 years and Rs 50 Crore Indian tax payers’ money was wasted on Kasab’s jail expenditure.
BJP put pressure on UPA government to give justice to victim of Parliament and Mumbai 26/11 attack
This is the comprehensive list of people who signed mercy petition Yakub Memon to the President Pranab Mukherjee. In this 500 plus list of names, you will find many politicians, communists, college faculty, film stars etc. Now you will understand why ex-PM Dr. Manmohan Singh said that ‘naxalite menace is the biggest internal threat for India’. This list include Prof Vijay Singh and Prof Tripta Wahi, of Delhi University (parents of Delhi CM Atishi Marlena).

Harsh Mander was part of the National Advisory Council (NAC) led by Sonia Gandhi during the UPA government and on 4 January 2020 started voicing concerns against CAA. On the 24 January 2020 his boss George Soros criticised PM Modi. Mander is a member of Soros's Open Society Foundations. Mander’s other foundation Karwan e Mohabbat backed the Shaheen Bagh protests. Many other Left-leaning anti-Modi voices closely associated with Harsh Mander including John Dayal, Usha Ramanathan, Umar Khalid and Teesta Setalvad encourage street protests against CAA at Jamia, JNU and elsewhere. Harsh Mander took part in street protests in Kolkata and Shaheen Bagh.
On 11 February 2020 the day the Delhi assembly election results came out with a thumping win for the AAP), USA confirmed that President Donald Trump would be visiting India from February 24-25. Around February 16-17, Umar Khalid, Harsh Mander, Waris Pathan and others made statements exhorting anti-CAA protesters to take to the streets. Days before Trump's visit, north-east Delhi became volatile due to sit-in blockades. Then stone pelting started from 23 February and finally last week of February 2020 saw massive riots which was never seen after 1984. Properties worth Rs 25000 crore destroyed in a week and 52 people died. After this Harsh Mander came under limelight and Supreme Court started chasing him.
On 26 September 2024, Harsh Mander posted in X (Twitter) that his NGO Aman Biradari was barred from taking donations after ED, CBI, FCRA (Foreign Currency Regulation Act), ITA cancelled their 12A provision. 12A is Income Tax Act (ITA) which gives tax exemption status to charitable trusts, religious organisations and NGOs.
Harsh Mander said their work against mob lynching, cow protection vigilante groups, Delhi 2020 riot victims etc. will continue but there will be substantial impact on his NGO performance.
