Which day has been decided on as the celebration for Constitution Day in India?

26 November was declared as ‘Constitution Day’ by the Modi government in 2015. Congress had no respect for neither Dr. Ambedkar nor the constitution and misused the constitution for political benefits only.

Between 1966 and 1977, Indira Gandhi overthrew 39 democratically elected state governments using Article 356. According to the Legal India website, she used Article 356 a total of 48 times during her tenure as Prime Minister of India.

Congress has no respect for the constitution and started tinkering it from the early days of Nehru era leadership. It was Jawaharlal Nehru who brought the first amendment to the constitution. Nehru brought the amendment to curb freedom of speech. Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi overturned court verdicts. Rahul Gandhi for tore apart a copy of an ordinance brought by the Manmohan Singh government in 2013 in public. The BJP, led by PM Modi, has alleged that the congress plans to tinker with the reservation for backward classes to benefit Muslims. The caste census game plan to include more reservation (up to 65% from present 50% limit set by Supreme Court) which may sound additional benefits to SC, ST, OBCs etc. but actually will allow Muslim reservations into SC, ST and OBC lists from backdoor. This is already happening in congress ruled states.

The congress plan is Gazwa-e-Hind in Wayanad by 2025, Gazwa-e-Hind in Kerala by 2040 and Gazwa-e-Hind in entire India by 2070
